Contributions: Dr. Lionel Meadows, a graduate of Emory University and the Medical College of Georgia, completed his residency at UT-Chattanooga, serving as chief residence in his final year. He is a board certified physician specializing in minimally invasive surgical procedures for women as well as new innovative aesthetic procedures. He is an assistant Clinical Professor for the Medical College of Georgia. Dr. Meadows is a member of the American Association of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery, and a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Meadows has been performing cosmetic procedures for nearly a decade. Dr. Meadows also serves as a guest speaker for the aesthetic laser companies in the Southeast. Superior results achieved in a professional atmosphere are his priority. He sees patients at the Toccoa Clinic, the Clatyon Medical Associates Clinic, and is on staff at Stephens County Hospital.
